General Product Information
This product is a cationic polyamide epichlorohydrin polymer, which can be quickly and effectively adsorbed and retained by the negatively charged pulp fibers, and a thermosetting chemical reaction occurs in the dryer section of the paper machine, thereby giving the paper the required Wet strength performance.
The product is easily absorbed by the fiber and can be cured under neutral or alkaline conditions.
This product is widely used for decorative base paper, coated paper, map paper, food packaging paper, fruit bag paper, medical and sanitary paper,tissue paper, newsprint and other paper types that require wet strength performance

Usage
Amount added: 0.5-1.0% (relatively dry pulp). The best use of PH value is 7.5-8.0.
Add the metered wet strength agent to the high tank or pulp stabilizing tank continuously with a metering pump.
The recovery of damaged paper and waste paper is easy: unbleached paper can raise the pH to 11 for beating, the temperature can be increased to about 65°C; the pH of the bleached paper is adjusted to between 5 and 8 and the temperature is controlled at about 5°C can.
The effect of adding a small amount of sodium hypochlorite is better.
Packaging & Storage
This product should be stored in a dry warehouse, protected from frost and direct sunlight.
Storage temperature should not be exceed 30℃.

The enhancement effect is obvious, the wet strength is increased by 5 to 10 times, and the dry strength is increased by 20 to 30%.
The positive charge density is higher, which can improve the water drainage and papermaking speed of the pulp, and increase the retention rate of fillers, rubber compounds and fine fibers.
Does not contain "free aldehyde", and at the same time prevents the paper from turning yellow due to aging.
Applicable PH range is wide, a wide range of PH value from acidic to alkaline can be absorbed by the fiber, to achieve a good wet strength effect, without aluminum sulfate. Under the conditions of neutral to slightly alkaline, it is more suitable for curing and the effect is better.
