Applications:

Papermaking Starch Sizing: Enhances film hardness and fluidity of starch paste, forming a three-dimensional network structure. Exhibits excellent hydrophobicity and compatibility with AKD, styrene-acrylic, ASA, and solid adhesives.

Carton Adhesives: Accelerates fixation, improves film hardness, prevents moisture migration, enhances flatness of corrugated boards and laminates, increases product qualification rates, and boosts carton compressive strength. Ideal for high-strength cartons requiring cold storage, refrigeration, or marine transportation.

Outdoor Coatings: Functions as a fixative.

High-Strength Plastics: Acts as a plasticizing agent.

II. Usage Guidelines

Papermaking Starch Sizing:

Add simultaneously with starch during gelatinization or incorporate after gelatinization before insulation.

Carton/Board Adhesives:

Compatible with flake caustic soda, borax, calcium powder, and polymers. Enhances board hardness and water resistance.

III. Recommended Dosage

Papermaking: 0.5–2 kg per ton of paper

Adhesives: 500–3000 g per 100 kg of starch

Coatings: 300–500 g per ton

Plastics: 100–300 g per ton

IV. Packaging & Storage

Packaging: 25 kg, 50 kg, or ton bags.

Storage: Store in a dry, cool place. Avoid direct sunlight and freezing.

V. Shelf Life: 12 months.
