Contribution of wood flour to the enhancement of paper thickness

1)Using 5% wood flour, the loose thickness of paper can be improved by 14%, and the thickness can be increased by 32um.
2)The use of wood flour has a large negative impact on the strength of the paper, the breakage resistance is reduced by 21%, and the interlayer is reduced by 22%, so it restricts the application of wood flour in large quantities.

After wrapping the wood flour, because of its surface wrapped with a layer of polymer, the size of wood flour particles is larger, and the affinity with the fiber will be stronger.
